Named after a type of verb, I created two issues of a zine with a friend, each issue was dedicated to a specific verb and featured art, recipes, music and words from local creators, writers, poets and friends.

The first issue of deponent was "Walk," a theme that led us to textile arts, playlists, poetry, short stories and more. All layout design and illustration done by me, all proof reading and content edited by my collaborator, Sam Fletcher. Below are a selection of pages.

Our second and final issue of deponent "Consume," featured another diverse set of media exemplifying the theme. We asked those who submitted to send us a picture of their mouths and featured those photos on the cover.
